President's Message

As we dive head first into 2019, I wanted to share with you a few new things happening at Heritage Family in the coming year.

Later this winter, we will be rolling out our new foundation called “Heritage Family Cares 4 You” (HFC4U). We understand that our long-term success is directly linked to the success of our members and the communities that we serve. Because of that, we want to continue creating solutions to help strengthen our communities and grow our local economy by supporting our non-profits around Rutland and the surrounding counties.

HFC4U will serve as a portal for our annual community giving and will enable us to better assist our communities and members. We plan to keep all members informed as we roll out this new foundation. In the future, we hope you will be able to participate in our efforts to help our area non-profits through additional use of your debit and credit cards or by small monthly voluntary donations.

We know your time is important and you require the best digital banking solutions for your busy lifestyles. That's why, in August we will be launching our new digital banking platform, which will improve the overall functionality of the system and allow you to conduct more business online or via your mobile device. This new platform will be totally responsive to all different devices, allowing you to have the same look and feel when using your computer, iPad or mobile phone to conduct transactions. It will create a more seamless interaction for you, allowing you to access account information regardless of where you are or what device you are using. If you are interested in being included in one of our focus groups to test out the new digital system, please let me know.

As always, we continue to develop new products and systems for the benefit of you, our members. Wishing you a new year filled with prosperity, joy and contentment.

President/CEO
