President's Message

Our new eBranch digital banking platform is almost here!

On August 20, we will be unveiling the latest version of eBranch, our digital banking solution that over 34,000 members utilize every day to transfer money, pay bills and apply for loans. This latest version will personalize the member experience like never before.  You’ll be able to customize your dashboard and set your home screen to show the information that is most important to you. Plus, the new system will allow you to have the same experience from whichever device you use, whether it is your home computer, tablet or mobile phone. An image of Matt Levandowski, HFCU President/CEO

In addition to the new personal experience, numerous upgrades have been added to the system including self-service features like resetting your passwords, setting savings goals, tracking spending and changing your address. And, in the near future, you’ll even be able to flag your debit / credit cards for travel with your phone, even on the day you leave for your trip.

This new eBranch will help you save time and money by offering the best possible digital banking solution available today and giving you a more complete snapshot of your financial picture.

If you have not utilized our eBranch in the past, it is not too late to start. I encourage you to stop into one of our branches and “take a tour” from one of our trained staff of our new eBranch once it’s launched to see how convenient it will make your life.

Preparing eBranch for Launch!

eBranch is almost ready to launch!

Heritage Family Credit Union's brand-new eBranch is blasting-off towards the future on August 20, 2019! While we're getting ready to launch, lots of information about the new site is already available online at

If you're saving for college, buying a home, or planning a mission to Mars, our new eBranch will make it even easier to turn your dream into a reality. Full-service support and real-time advice will be specifically geared towards your own needs. Our cloud-based technology will ensure that you'll always be on the latest version of the software, making time-consuming upgrades a thing of the past!

Throughout the summer, we'll be featuring video tutorials on our launch site and our Facebook page to take you through many of the newest features and functionality. We're also constantly updating our FAQ page to help you anticipate all the excitement that's on the horizon.

eBranch Highlights

Our new eBranch will feature improved features across the site. Current users will discover that all our features have been upgraded – with a number of new additions, too. eBranch will also be very easy to get started on, for those who haven’t used our online capabilities before. The new and improved eBranch works the same on every device!

One of the most exciting upgrades is our improved Bill Pay system. Bill Pay will now be fully integrated, so our members can set up payees and recurring payments from not just their desktop computer, but also on mobile browsers and the mobile app. If you are currently using our bill pay system, any payee you’ve already set up - along with your recurring payments - will move seamlessly into the new system. Please note that payment history will not be moved into the system, but you will still be able to view those transactions in your account history.

The new eBranch will also feature mobile deposit for eligible members, so that checks can be deposited directly to your accounts from your smartphone or tablet with ease. You’ll be able to customize your eBranch dashboard, with things such as savings goals and spending trends, so that your experience will be most helpful to you!

Return of the Shredi a Success!
Return of the Shredi a Success!

Heritage Family Credit Union added to the fun of “May the 4th be with you” by helping members of the community protect themselves from identity theft with the "Return of the Shredi" shred event, held on Saturday, May 4 at the Ron Hance Operations Center in Rutland. Return of the Shredi was a huge success, filling up two shred trucks with personal information. In addition, SecurShred donated $450 to Rutland County’s Relay For Life, which benefits the American Cancer Society.
