The rate you receive depends on a number of factors including loan amount, term and type of property.

Adjustable Rate Mortgage (ARM)
You elect to have a lower beginning rate, then the rate adjusts at specified intervals over the course of the loan. There are usually limits to the percentage of change for any given period.
Fixed Rate Mortgage
You pay the same rate over the entire life of the loan.

At least one borrower must have a usable credit score. Homebuyer education required for purchase transactions when all borrowers are first-time homebuyers. All loans subject to approval. Construction Loans
Heritage Family Credit Union is the place to go if you are planning on building. Offering a great rate with flexible construction periods, the credit union gives you the resources and flexibility you need.
Mortgage loans are subject to a variety of fees including but not limited to appraisal, credit report, recording and legal fees. Members are given a loan estimate of closing costs within 3 days of submitting a mortgage application.
