To our valued members,

Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases around the state, and the anticipated surge by mid-February, we will be closing all HFCU branch lobbies to regular member traffic beginning on Monday, January 25th until further notice.

• Drive-thru service is available for regular transactions at Allen and West St. branches in Rutland, as well as our branches in Fair Haven, Ludlow, Manchester, Bennington and Hooksett, NH.

• Appointments are available in person at any branch, with consideration, by calling 888.252.8932.

• Online services are available to you 24/7. We encourage members to take advantage of our digital banking options - including downloading the mobile app on your smart phone, logging into eBranch from your web browser, utilizing Bill Pay and Smart Deposit, and speaking with your employer about direct deposit for your paycheck. • On Monday, February 1 our new Video Branch will launch. This will allow members to conduct what would have been an in-person transaction from the comfort of their own mobile device or desktop computer. • Utilize your debit and credit card for purchases, and if you need it, take cash back at the register when making ordinary purchases with your debit card to reduce touching another key pad. All Heritage Family Credit Union Debit and Credit cards are enabled to make purchases at the register by Tap and Go -  this allows you to maintain control of the card and reduce your need to touch keypads or signature pads.

• ATMs are functioning as normal, and you will continue to have access to ATMs for deposits and withdrawals 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Your money is insured by the NCUA up to $250,000 per account per owner. Your money is safest in your HFCU account and we discourage members from keeping large sums of cash on their persons or in their homes.

• Fraudulent attacks are on the rise. Please be extra vigilant in protecting your identity, including not sharing usernames and passwords. Do not click on links within emails that are unsolicited. Update virus protection on home computers, and do not respond to unexpected or threatening phone calls or texts, etc.
