Sarah Furman started at Heritage Family Credit Union in 2015 as a Business Credit Analyst. She quickly made her way up the ranks at the Credit Union, moving from AVP to VP and, most recently, to the Senior Vice President of Business for the past five years. Sarah was promoted earlier this year to Chief Lending Officer, and she will now manage all areas of lending and credit for the members of HFCU - including consumer, mortgage and business.
Sarah is a graduate of the Masters program in Accounting from Siena College, NY. She grew up in Castleton, VT and lives there now with her husband and young daughter. Sarah is a very active community volunteer and has served on the Chamber's board of directors, and has been a member of the Rutland South Rotary Club for the past ten years. Although she is very busy at work, in her spare time, you are sure to find Sarah enjoying the community with her daughter and her large, close, extended family.
