Facilitator

Abbey Harlow is the founder of Harlow Nonprofit Consulting, where she helps small nonprofits create clear plans, realistic fundraising strategies, and messaging that feels true to who they are. With two decades in the nonprofit world, she brings a practical, people-centered approach shaped by the real challenges organizations face every day. Abbey has worked with organizations in nine Vermont counties and across the country, helping them move forward without burning out. In addition to fundraising, she leads strategic planning that’s grounded in mission, staff well-being, and long-term sustainability. Abbey serves on the board of the Association of Fundraising Professionals Northern New England Chapter and regularly speaks and writes about values-aligned fundraising and nonprofit strategy.
