Join us May 10th from 8:30am to 9:30am at the Ron Hance Operations Center, 30 Allen St, Rutland for:
Permitting – What you need to know before you buy or lease!
Have you or your clients ever had to delay a property closing due to a permitting issue? Been delayed in opening a business due to the unpleasant surprise of finding out they had to get permit amendments? Or simply don’t know if permits are required for their intended use?  While not all properties have permits, nearly all property uses have regulatory implications and changes in use and planned site modifications can trigger the need for permit amendments. Learn from Nicole Kesselring, PE, from Enman Kesselring Consulting Engineers and Gary Kupferer, Esq., from Webber Chapman & Kupferer Ltd., the steps that can be taken prior to closing on a property to help answer these questions and more. RSVP businessservices@hfcuvt.com or 802.747.2337
