The Share Excel ATM Network and You
Thank you for using Share Excel, the Credit Unions ATM (Automated Teller Machine) network. We are pleased to offer this service to our members which has proven to be a safe and convenient way for you to access your account. For your convenience we have ATM's located at these locations. For regional, national and international access, the Credit Union belongs to the STAR, NYCE and PLUS Networks. Access to your money is available any time virtually anywhere in the world, wherever you see a Share Excel, NYCE, PLUS, STAR or PULSE logo.
Transactions Available using your Share Excel Card
Cash Withdrawals - The most common transaction performed at an ATM is a cash withdrawal from your primary share account (savings) or from your share draft (checking) account. This transaction is available at all ATM machines. In addition, Share Excel ATM's will provide access to your club accounts. The amount you can withdraw at a given time is variable depending on limits set by the ATM owner (normally between $100 and $500) and the limits established on your account in accordance with your Share Excel agreement.
Deposits - The Credit Union accepts deposits at any ATM displaying the Share Excel logo. Deposits at Credit Union owned ATM's will immediately update your account balance with a 24 hour hold being placed on any amount in excess of $500.
Transfers - The ability to transfer funds from your Primary Share (savings) to your Share Draft (checking) account or vice versa is available at any Heritage Family Credit Union ATM. Access to club accounts for funds transferring can be done at these locations..
Advance from Line of Credit - If you have a Line of Credit in conjunction with your Share Draft account you can access that loan and get cash at these locations.
Loan Payments - You can make loan payments and get loan balance information at the ATM's located at these locations.
Balance Inquiries - Balance information is available at most ATM locations. However, a balance inquiry done at a network ATM (STAR, NYCE & PLUS) is considered a transaction for fee purposes.
Point of Sale - You can buy groceries, gas and other miscellaneous items plus get cash using your Share Excel card. Anywhere you see a NYCE logo you can use your ATM card and the amount will be deducted from your share draft account. Best of all, there is no charge for this service. Look for the NYCE terminal at Hannaford and Price Chopper stores, Mobil gas stations and other locations.
Transaction Fees - The Credit Union does not charge for any transactions performed at a Credit Union owned ATM. For ATM transactions using the NYCE, PLUS, HONOR or PULSE networks, a $1.00 fee is deducted from your account. Some ATM owners may charge a surcharge for your transaction. If this is the case, they must disclose this surcharge at the ATM.
