ATM/Debit Cards Contact the credit union at 800.374.8469, 888.252.8932, or 802.775.4930, Monday to Friday from 8:00 - 5:00. After hours and on weekends, please call 800.523.4175, and we will stop the use of your card. Please contact the credit union during normal business hours for a replacement card.
Credit Cards Now you can call and report lost or stolen cards after credit union hours. No more having to wait until the next day or until Monday. If your HFCU card(s) are lost or stolen, you can call 888.849.6046. An after Hours Hot-Line is available to you for reporting lost or stolen cards and obtaining account information.
