Custodial Services Technician
This position will perform cleaning and general maintenance duties at various branch locations. This primarily a janitorial type position. Duties include cleaning, maintaining, and inspecting open property, buildings, equipment, utilities, furnishings and grounds. Candidates should be self motivated, have a high attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and prioritize the workday efficiently. Some heavy lifting required. Prior cleaning/janitorial and general building & grounds maintenance experience preferred. We are considering this for either part-time or full-time employment.
