e-Statement provides a secure method for you to receive your periodic statements
via the internet. e-Statements become available sooner than mailed statements,
with you receiving notification of availability approximately 1 to 2 days after
the end of the month. An e-Statement subscriber will receive electronic
statements in eleven of twelve months. One month each year the credit union is
required to provide privacy disclosures to the entire membership. In the same
month, the credit union's auditing firm will do its annual verification of
balances.
Using e-Statements is an environmentally responsible thing to
do, too. The savings alone in envelopes is helpful to the environment. And, as a
financial cooperative, the additional postage savings will help support our
ongoing operations.
Each e-Statement account will archive at least 3 months
of statements. Any statements that have rolled off, of course, will be available
at any of the credit union offices, subject to current statement printing
fees.
A password protected secure link enables you to access your current
statement, newsletters and other documents. This represents the highest level of
security, as opposed to simply receiving the statement as an e-mail attachment.
Statement retrieval, password protection and high-level encryption provide the
greatest level of data security of your confidential records.

for this service and logging on is simple, easy and, best of all,
FREE.
Sign-up: Contact the Call Center at 888.252.8932 or speak
with an FSR at any branch. You will receive an e-mail notification when the next periodic
statement is available. Enrolling in e-Statement will automatically
discontinue the mailing of periodic statements.
Once
enrolled in e-Statement, you will receive notice of your last mailed statement
prior to receiving your first e-Statement.
Viewing Statements: Upon entering the User ID
and password, you will be presented with a list of statements available and the
number of pages for each month. All you have to do is click on the statement
date you would like to view. (Adobe "Acrobat Reader" is required to view
statements and other documents [newsletters, etc.].) You have a number of options regarding viewing, printing and
saving of statements.
